Shipping & Returns

All orders are posted via Royal Mail Second Class delivery. Orders are sent the morning they are received (or the following morning depending on the time of the order).

Your order should take 2-5 working days to be delivered. If your order has not arrived, please don't hesitate to contact us although we recommend waiting for a minimum of 5 working days before filing a complaint.

But what if I want my order sooner?

On request, we can post the order via Royal Mail's First Class or using their express delivery service although you may be requested to pay the additional shipping charge.

As in all cases, we treat our customers personally. If you do have a request for an earlier delivery or to have your order delivered on a specific date then please don't hesitate to contact us and we will try and do our best to help you out!

Please contact us before, or directly after you place your order otherwise your order may have already been posted!


Returns

Wrong size? Wrong colour? No problems!

We take returns for our clothing items providing:

  1. The item is not damaged, been worn or washed
  2. The item still retains its tags
  3. The item is returned within 30 days of purchase

We also take refunds on other merchandising items providing:

  1. The item is still in original condition
  2. The item packaging is still intact and undamaged
  3. The item is returned within 30 days of purchase

All items returned are subject to the conditions above. If we deem an item unsuitable for return then we will return it providing the postage costs are re-paid.

Refunds will be given without postage included.
